We didn't have anything due in Photojournalism today. Ms. Finch showed us a video on war photography and then coached us individually on our final photo essay project. The video was about James Nachtwey's career. It was really inspiring. I wondered if I'd have the courage to take chances like that if given the chance...

This kind of photo work is really dangerous for women. More so than for men. Get a mob of violent young men and anything terrible is possible. But if it's what you want to do...go for it!.

P.S. - Loved that he used Tri-X 35mm film for all of his shots!
